I have a RTX 2060 (normal, NOT super) and Intel Core i7 8700 with 16 GB RAM, so not the Creme de la Creme of Hardware right now and yet i play with an average 60 FPS, sometimes dipping down to 40 for 1-2 seconds in battles when i watch them on the hightest animation speed but otherwise mostly staying on 60 - 80 fps on ULTRA settings on a 2k Monitor.
