The Wirt's Leg is a new weapon that you can create. The Butcher's Cleaver on the other hand is a blue piece which you can use with other one-handed axes, swords and maces. It doesn't require you however to wear it. You only need to slot the gem in your helm to get it. The Red Soul Shard legendary gem drops off The Dark Lord. As for Arch-bishop Lazarus and The Dark Lord, you cannot miss them as the event will not be completed without meeting these two main bosses. Be careful not to rush in to the dungeon from Level 3 to 4 because you might the Skeleton King. Meanwhile, the Skeleton King is in his room in Level 3, particularly in King Leoric's Tomb. The Butcher can be found in his room in Level 2 where the entrance threshold has blood on it. The Ogden's Sign and Ogden's Brew are given away as a reward for beating the four main bosses in the Darkening of Tristram.
